February 2020 would have been my fifteenth year building safe, healthy and comfortable

homes for the most needy in a city of 60,000 people, 35% of which will never have plumbing.

These are people who simply cannot afford to improve their living conditions.

Three families were promised that their new homes would be built in February 2020.

Finally it appears to be safe to fulfill that promise. After a two year delay I am now scheduled to return to Manchay, Peru on February 25, 2022.

The houses that will be built were actually funded in 2019 so this message is to inform friends and donors that the three homes can now be completed.

While I am there next year, I will interview four families that will be eligible for new homes in February 2023. I will then send an appeal to fund those houses about mid year 2022.

I am humbled by the generosity and commitment of all that have supported this humanitarian endeavor, both financially and in sprit.
