We are happy to report that because of the hard work of local volunteers, all panels are complete and painted with The Family of Mankind blue. Their generous donation of time has put us ahead of schedule.
Casa 1 and Casa 2 foundations are complete. We begin building Casa 1, Emerita's house, on Saturday. Take a look at our "Projects" page to read Emerita's story.
Manchay does not have the benefit of concrete trucks. The process is a bit more labor intensive, but the outcome allows for a nice, clean floor for the homes.
